Quick Box Method

Requires: no extra gear, short side is 1 main shorter.
Illustration built from this description RSI Quick Box Pattern, also this GSS forum thread ATW help for an amateur stringer reply #3. Pattern designed for 1 piece stringing top down for racquets with mains ending in the throat.
Variant: Upside down (ls main first, then bottom, ss main, top, continue)

Leave outermost mains

String all but outermost mains. Tie off short side at head.

Cautions: The 7th Main to the 1st Cross is a sharp string turn, make sure there is enough racquet material between the two holes to support this pattern.

Early box

Weave top cross, thread short side main, weave bottom cross, thread long side main. The top and bottom crosses should be weaved the same racquets with odd total crosses, weave top cross opposite bottom cross on racquets with even total crosses.

Variant

Thread long side main, weave bottom cross, thread short side main, weave top cross. The same cross weave rules apply as above.

Finish crosses

Continue threading and tensioning the crosses. Tie off 2nd to bottom cross.
